Chin@vator is a social value investment platform co-created by Mr. Qin Shuo’s circle of friends and CASVI. It was officially launched on the 1st of January 2017. The core team of this platform is operated by Mr. Qin Shuo’s team, who was a highly acclaimed independent financial observer, the head editor of “South Reviews” and chief editor of “China Business News”. Mr. Qin Shuo, Ms. Angela Bai, the Secretary General of CASVI, Ms. Ren Jianqiong, the cofounder of Susquehanna International Group are the appointed members of the steering committee. Together they are promoting the development of Chin@vator. The operation team and its readers are government officials, academics, entrepreneurs and enthusiasts who are concerned about social innovation.
